Damaged or leaking products

If your order arrives damaged or a bottle has leaked in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Returns

If you'd like to return an unopened product, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

A few notes

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds typically appear within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank.
